Coastal Pines Technical College
The mission of the Coastal Pines Technical College Adult Education program is to enable every citizen of the service delivery area to acquire the necessary basic reading, writing, computation, speaking, and listening skills; to assist students to complete the GED credential; and to assist GED graduates to transition to post-secondary education or gainful employment so they may compete successfully in the workplace, strengthen family foundations, and exercise full citizenship.

The Adult Education Program at Coastal Pines Technical College is specifically designed for adults who need assistance with academic skills.  Programs offer flexible schedules that meet the needs of any individual who wishes to participate.  GED preparation classes are free. Contact your local Adult Education Center at (912) 496-4941 for more information.  Click here for Charlton County Adult Education Schedule.

The program will collaborate with other government agencies, community-based organizations, and business and industry to achieve this mission.
