What types of land records are in the Clerk of Court's office and how do I locate them?
the most common types of land records are warranty deeds, security deeds, quit claims deeds, cancellations, tax liens, foreclosure deeds, deeds of trust, administrators' deeds, executor's deeds, cemetery deeds, assignments, bond, easements, modification agreements, power of attorney and revocations of power of attorney.
